Where can i find the VIN number on my car?2019-09-09T14:21:42+00:00

On most cars, the VIN number is found on the bottom of the windshield on the driver’s side of the vehicle. In rare cases, the VIN can also be found on the drivers door.

You can also find the VIN on the vehicle registration or insurance documents.

VIN is the Vehicle Identification Number. It is a special identifying code for a Specific automobile.

The VIN serves as the car’s fingerprint, as no two vehicles in operation have the same VIN. A VIN is composed of 17 characters (digits and capital letters) that act as a unique identifier for the vehicle.

A VIN displays the car’s unique features, specifications, optional extras and equipment.

This information is important when ordering certain parts for your car as parts may differ based on different equipment of the car. Eg. If the car has parking sensor and should the bumper have holes for the sensors or not.

If you order items from several different brands, we will either combine them as one shipment in our warehouse in Germany or we will send them as separate shipments if it doesn’t affect costs.

In most cases we will combine them as in this way you will save on shipping costs and our goal is always to optimise your costs.

Our team will help you in your selection and will advise if some items cannot fit or are intended for another vehicle or model.

We will also double check with the producer if those products are suitable for your vehicle.

Once all is confirmed, we will only then proceed with the order.

Do I have to paint the parts?2019-09-11T09:01:59+00:00

Yes, most aerodynamic parts are delivered unpainted and have to be painted before they are installed on the vehicle.

The paint is made using the manufacturer paint code of your car and in this way your workshop can get the exact same paint.

The paint code is found in the trunk on most vehicles. If you are having trouble finding the paint code, our team will assist you.       The paint code can also be retrieved with the VIN number of your car.

We recommend to paint the parts at your nearest profession bodyshop.

Can I pay using my credit card?2019-09-09T14:29:00+00:00

Yes. You can pay securely using your credit card using Paypal.

The following cards are accepted by Paypal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.

Once agreed on all details about your order and if you would like to pay by credit card, we will send a Paypal money request based on the Invoice for your order. After you receive the Paypal payment request email, you can pay securely, quickly and easily using the Paypal platform in any currency.

We discourage payments with credit cards on large order above 2000 EUR as Paypal fees are quite high.

Additional fees ma apply on all orders above 2000 EUR if you insist on paying by Paypal.

 

Can I pay by Bank Transfer?2019-09-09T14:49:01+00:00

Yes, once we have agreed on all terms and details on your order, we will provide a Commercial Invoice based on which you can pay at your or any convenient bank.

We accept payments in EURO and our bank account is in EURO, your local bank can convert your local or any currency to EUR before they send the payment. NB: Please negotiate the exchange rate with your banker in order to get the best possible exchange rate.

Please note that the invoice amount must be paid in full and any bank charges, conversion costs are Buyers account and we must receive the full amount as per the invoice.

 

Can I order VAT Free if I have a EU member registered business?2019-09-09T14:53:25+00:00

Yes. If you provide a valid VAT number from a European Member state company and that VAT number is validated, we can issue a business invoice without VAT tax.

Can I order TAX Free if I am a non EU resident?2019-09-09T14:35:54+00:00

All worldwide customers who order from a country not part of the European Union – EU are eligible for a TAX FREE order and will not be charged any VAT Tax. The prices they receive will be TAX free.

We sell only 100% authentic and original products directly from their producers. We do NOT sell any copies or replica products and we will never do.

We use Paypal as a payment processor and you will not enter your credit card details on our site.

All information you provide will be entered directly on the Paypal platform that is secure and safe.
